Hybrid Work Mode & Work from abroad

We believe in strong performance and rewarding our employees with flexible models of working. We enhance our connected remote model with the possibility to work remotely, flexibly choose a work location including cross-border remote work within given legal regulations and business needs. Our employees may choose to work up to 30 days in rolling 12 months to work from abroad.

At SAP LeanIX we have a Hybrid Work Mode which means you work remotely from your home office and work from one of our offices. SAP LeanIX teams and team members decide together on the work mode which suits them best.

Unpaid Leave

We offer to all our employees up to 30 days p.a. unpaid leave additional to their regular vacation entitlement as defined by law and employment contract.

Home-office allowance

Working from home is a key element in our Hybrid Work Mode and we want to offer all our people the best possible experience while working from home. If you’re missing anything you need, we give everyone a 500 (dollar / EUR) home office budget to purchase what you’d like to complete or improve your workspace at home!

Language course

Speaking the language of the country you are living in is an important factor to feel at home and socially integrated. Therefore we support all our foreign employees who relocated to one of our office locations with a local language course of up to 1.000 EUR within the first year of relocation.

Our office is not only used for work but is also home to different meetups, table tennis (all offices), foosball tournaments (Bonn and Boston office), or just some beers after work with colleagues.

Be as you are and come as you are. Here at SAP LeanIX, there is no dress code. If you like to wear flip-flops and shorts in the summer and hoodies in the winter – we always like you to feel comfortable.

One of our branded SAP LeanIX t-shirts or sweatshirts is always a good choice ;-) Of course, if customers visit us, or you are attending an external event, your attire should be appropriate to the occasion.
