IDC was commissioned by SAP LeanIX to conduct research into the value and benefits that organizations can achieve from its solutions. These benefits include the ability to map and optimize their enterprise architectures, navigate complex business transformation, and better serve customers. The research included interviews with a total of seven SAP LeanIX customers. Respondents were asked a variety of quantitative and qualitative questions about SAP LeanIX’s impact on their IT operations, core businesses, and costs. After collecting the data, IDC applied their Business Value methodology and performed a thorough analysis. The results reveal a range of positive business impacts realized through SAP LeanIX.
