Bonn, Boston — July 26, 2022 —Today, LeanIX announced the expansion of the company’s executive leadership team, cementing the organization as a truly global brand with executive presence in both Europe and the United States. Brian Zeman joins as LeanIX’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and President. Christian Richter has been promoted to the role of Chief Customer Officer (CCO).
In his new role at LeanIX, Zeman will lead the expansion of the LeanIX brand globally, particularly in the U.S. To that end, he will oversee the Sales & Business Development, Solution Engineering, Revenue Ops, and Revenue Enablement teams. Prior to joining LeanIX, Zeman served as Chief Operating Officer for NS1, a leader in smart network control solutions. Before that, he was COO at Prevalent, a third-party risk management firm.
Richter joined LeanIX five years ago as VP of Customer Success. Starting out managing customers himself, Richter hired the company’s first customer success managers and established all the structures and processes needed to grow the Customer Success organization. Under Richter’s empathetic and passionate leadership, the care and support offered to customers has become one of LeanIX’s key differentiators in the market. With his promotion to CCO, Richter will continue to evolve the customer success function, ensuring that LeanIX’s rapidly expanding customer base gets the most out of the organization’s robust platform. He currently works out of the Boston office and same as Zeman, Richter also reports to André Christ, CEO and Co-founder of LeanIX.
With these additions to the executive leadership team, LeanIX strengthens its leadership representation globally, particularly in the Americas.
